1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an OBD scanner from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment via Cashfree. You will receive the credit within the standard bank timeline (typically 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer or bank policy).
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
